Fresh Fitness Food's new app allows for personalised nutrition

Healthy meal delivery service Fresh Fitness Food has launched a new mobile app with the aim of allowing users to manage their nutrition in a “personalised way.”

The new app will provide users with guidance on their calorie and macronutrient intake, allowing them to sign up to a weekly meal plan programme, which will be designed based on the user’s personal metrics, desired goals and real-time exercise data.

The platform will also enable users to manually input food logging and calorie tracking to ensure an accurate representation of intake before meal plans are tailored to a customer’s unique nutritional needs and preferences.

CEO Caspar Rose said: “Our mobile app is a world first, combining food tech, wearables, seamless integrations like voice (Siri) with our eight years of experience getting the best results for our clients on the service.

“The latest report from the NHS on Obesity and Diet (2020) in England stated that in 2018/2019 the majority of adults admitted to hospital were overweight or obese, that’s 67% of men and 60% of women.

“Bespoke nutrition is the best way for people to reach their goals, so we built an app making it incredibly convenient to manage your nutrition in a personalised way.”

The app will launch on 1 January 2021.
