Press Ganey, the patient experience tech firm, is to acquire Forsta, a provider of customer experience and market research technology.

The transaction is expected to close in the first or second calendar quarter of 2022, and is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.

Forsta works with major brands, including Avon, Best Buy, Canon, eBay, Heathrow Airport and Mars, Inc.

Press Ganey manages approximately 476 million patient engagements every year.

Forsta’s HX (Human Experience) platform serves over 5,000 customers in more than 100 countries around the world.
