There are more than 19 million podcast listeners in the UK and that audience is expected to grow to more than 28 million by 2026.
The growing podcast audience base has coincided with greater awareness of mental health issues.
It’s little wonder, then, that there are now countless mental health podcasts out there.
Here are five to get you started.
UK charity The Mental Health Foundation has a mission to “help people to thrive through understanding, protecting, and sustaining their mental health.” The charity is also home of Mental Health Awareness Week.

Hosts Ellen Scott and Yvette Caster chat to a new guest each week, all of whom have lived with mental illness.
Ellen has OCD, depression and anxiety while Yvette has bipolar disorder and binge eating disorder.
