London-based healthtech company 01Health has raised a US$15 million Series A to scale a platform that enables specialist healthcare services to be delivered through local clinics rather than hospitals and major healthcare centres.
The round was led by Gresham House Ventures, with follow-on investment from Balderton Capital, Eka Ventures, and Wavemaker360.
Former NHS doctor and BCG consultant Dr Sonia Szamocki founded 01Health in 2022 to address a longstanding challenge in healthcare: specialist care remains concentrated in hospitals and major cities, while many community clinics lack the infrastructure required to offer more advanced treatments.
The platform, which has operated beneath 32Co, the premium clear aligner system, and Aerox Health, the first end-to-end dental sleep medicine platform, is now available under licence for the first time.
The platform is undergoing trials in the US and a Head of US commercial operations has been appointed to lead the expansion.

“Now this technology layer goes live as 01Health, the first of a kind end-to-end platform built to enable clinics and clinicians to launch and scale specialist treatments.”

01Health is an end-to-end enterprise platform designed specifically for multi-site dental groups and DSOs.
It provides practice leadership with a single interface that tracks the entire patient journey, from first lead, through education, conversion, and clinical workflow, into specialist sign-off, device manufacture, and procurement.
The commercial launch follows a 12-month scaled pilot with a select group of enterprise partners.
Operational since 2022, 32Co is the company’s original proof of concept.
32Co is now the top-rated clear aligner system by UK dentists. 90 per cent of the UK population lives within 30 minutes of a 32Co dentist running on 01Health.
Launched in 2025, Aerox Health is the first end-to-end platform for dental sleep medicine, upskilling dentists to provide custom oral appliances for sleep apnoea and snoring and connecting them to patients.
Aerox is live across multiple UK towns and cities, with thousands of patients registered to meet an Aerox provider.
A waitlist is active in additional regions and US trials are underway.
