The appointments include Mr Mabroor Bhatty as Clinical Director; Tracey McAleney as Chief Operating Officer; and Sarah Hill as Head of Sales.

Mr Mabroor Bhatty has been appointed Clinical Director, bringing decades of expertise in plastic and cosmetic surgery.
After completing his medical degree at Karachi University, he undertook postgraduate training in plastic surgery in the UK, gaining his FRCS (Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons) in 1992.
He trained in major NHS hospitals under programmes led by the Royal College of Surgeons and the British Association of Plastic Surgeons (BAPS), before becoming a full-time consultant.
Since 2010, he has focused exclusively on cosmetic surgery, developing particular expertise in facial procedures and complex body contouring following extreme weight loss.
Mr Bhatty is also an active contributor to the global medical community, regularly delivering lectures and publishing work in his specialist areas.
Alongside his UK practice, he continues to support reconstructive surgery initiatives in underprivileged regions abroad as a visiting plastic surgeon.
Tracey McAleney joins Signature Clinic as chief operating officer, bringing extensive leadership experience across private healthcare, aesthetic medicine, and large-scale retail environments.
As COO, she will lead operational strategy, performance optimisation, and organisational scaling across the clinic’s multi-site network.
Her focus will include enhancing patient experience, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring strong governance and compliance as the organisation continues to grow.
Sarah Hill has been appointed head of sales, bringing over 15 years of experience in private healthcare, refractive surgery, and multi-site commercial leadership.
She will lead national sales strategy, patient acquisition performance and commercial growth across clinic operations
Her focus is on building high-performing sales organisations, developing scalable patient acquisition strategies, and delivering sustainable revenue growth within regulated healthcare environments.
Throughout her career, she has consistently led large-scale teams, implemented performance frameworks, and aligned sales, marketing, operations, and patient services to deliver measurable business growth.
