NASDAQ-listed Nuance Communications has launched an AI-powered patient engagement virtual assistant platform.
The platform is designed to integrate and extend the capabilities of the electronic health record (EHR), customer relationship management (CRM), and Patient Access Centre systems to enable healthcare provider organisations to improve clinical care.
Nuance’s technology enables healthcare organisations to deploy a single unified virtual assistant/bot platform to manage patient engagement across voice, web, mobile, messenger and smart speaker/IoT interactions.
