FINN Partners appoints Sophie Taylor-Roberts as Managing Partner and UK Health Group Lead

Global integrated marketing and communications agency FINN Partners has appointed Sophie Taylor-Roberts as Managing Partner and UK Health Group Lead.
Taylor-Roberts will lead the FINN UK Health Group in strengthening its reputation as a leading communications partner for the biopharma, medical device and health system sectors.
She succeeds Julie Adrian, who returned to her role as head of Alverium Health.

Taylor-Roberts joins FINN at a time of strong momentum for the Global Health Practice, led by Fern Lazar, Managing Partner.
The practice continues to experience rapid growth across EMEA, North America, and Asia, fueled by rising demand for integrated health communications, patient-centered brand strategy, and its presence on four continents.
Taylor-Roberts has built strong partnerships with life sciences companies, ranging from biotech and medical devices to large multinational pharmaceutical firms.

Her background in science, combined with her strategic communication skills, enables her to guide organisations through product launches, regulatory milestones, reputation building, and trust cultivation.
With more than 20 years of experience in health communications, Taylor-Roberts has held senior positions at Good Relations, Hill+Knowlton Strategies (now Burson) and Red Consultancy.
Most recently, she served as Managing Director, Healthcare UK at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, where she led the division through a substantial period of growth, delivering integrated, award-winning campaigns for clients including GSK, Haleon, Takeda and Roche.
Her career has been defined by a commitment to advancing health equity, patient engagement and operational excellence.
