1) What is your morning routine?

I wake up 5am, make coffee and scrambled eggs and head to the gym for 6am where I work out for an hour and head home for my second breakfast.

2) Which technology could you not live without?

My iPhone, I have always been an early adopter and even had a Rabbit phone!

3) How do you relax?

I like to spend time with friends and gratitude meditation.

4) Which quote resonates with you?

If you think you’re too small to have an impact, try going to bed with a mosquito – (Anita Roddick).

5) What is the best thing about your job?

Understanding how the changes you are making will improve a patient’s experience and growing and mentoring the team. To feel your experience is being used and valuable is very important.

6) If you could spend a day in someone else’s shoes, whose would they be and why?

I would like to be Dr Serge Gauthier for the day as he is world expert in Alzheimer’s and developing new treatments.

One of my relatives has the disease so it would be ideal to see if there is anything else that could be done to help.

7) What is the one thing that we are not talking about?

Nanotechnology and genomics are areas I feel will be growing rapidly as the potential is huge.

Also the increase in people being more proactive with healthcare and enrolling in full health checks via body scans and better diagnostic testing.

8) Would you rather travel 100 years forward or back in time?

Forward so I can see how technology has changed.

9) What advice would you give to 18 year old you (and would you have listened to you!)?

Life is too short make the most of it. I would have listened if I provided examples of things to come.

10) What is your biggest regret?

Not having children but being a godfather is great fun.
