Switchboard Health announced the acquisition of Conduce Health to combine its referral platform with Conduce’s AI, matching patients to specialists more precisely.
Conduce, founded in 2023, builds AI tools for proactive, predictive and personalised multispeciality care. Its clinical decision support software, which gives clinicians evidence-based prompts, helps guide next steps, while predictive models flag disease risk and urgent needs.
Switchboard plans to integrate Conduce’s AI with its electronic medical record (EMR) linked referral and virtual care network to improve patient-specialist matching and care navigation. Key Conduce team members will join Switchboard.
