
WHOOP has raised US$575m in Series G funding, valuing the company at US$10.1bn as it expands its personalised health platform globally.
The Boston-based company said the funding will support international expansion across Europe, the Gulf states, Latin America and Asia, alongside further growth in the US.
WHOOP said it now has more than 2.5m members worldwide.
In 2025, bookings grew 103 per cent year on year, with the company exiting the year at a US$1.1bn run rate and operating cash flow positive. It is hiring for more than 600 new roles this year.

The company said its platform draws on more than 24bn hours of physiological data, meaning data on how the body functions, and purpose-built AI models to provide personalised health insights.
Its wearable includes an FDA-cleared ECG, a test that records the heart’s electrical activity, as well as Blood Pressure Insights and Advanced Labs blood biomarker analysis, which measures substances in the blood that can indicate health risks.
The round was led by Collaborative Fund, with participation from 2PointZero Group, Qatar Investment Authority, Mubadala Investment Company, Abbott, Mayo Clinic, Macquarie Capital, Glade Brook, B-Flexion, IVP, Foundry, Accomplice, Affinity Partners, Promus Ventures and Bullhound Capital.
Abbott joins as a strategic investor.
Individual investors in the round include Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James, Rory McIlroy, Reggie Miller, Niall Horan, Karen Wazen, Virgil van Dijk, Mathieu van der Poel and Shane Lowry.
Cristiano Ronaldo, who also serves as a global ambassador for the company, said: “WHOOP has become one of the most important tools I use to support my long-term health.”
