North Lincolnshire Council has joined with leading local government software provider, System C, to implement its Liquidlogic Education Case Management, Adults Case Management and Children’s Case Management as an integrated all-in-one single platform solution.
Following the successful rollout of the Adults and Children’s Case Management platforms in early 2025, the Education Case Management system went live in Autumn 2025. This unified platform, part of a three-year agreement signed in March 2024, eliminates redundant data entry, enhances data security and ensures compliance with regulatory standards, providing advanced safeguards to protect sensitive data.
The integrated system provides a single, real-time view of family records, enabling council staff to plan and deliver services more effectively. By streamlining workflows and fostering collaboration, the platform improves decision-making and supports better outcomes for North Lincolnshire’s residents.
Residents can now access their personal records through a user-friendly online portal, empowering them to manage their care and education needs seamlessly.
Amrik Johal, Managing Director for Social Care and Education at System C, said: “The integration of digital services is no longer optional, it’s essential. We’ve worked closely with North Lincolnshire Council to deliver a fully integrated, future-proof system that empowers their teams to operate digitally with confidence and agility to support the care and education needs of their residents.
“Our solution is designed to evolve in line with changing council needs and regulatory requirements, ensuring long-term value and innovation.”
