Population Health Partners and dacadoo have agreed a digital partnership to accelerate outcome-based digital health for individuals and health systems.

Announced on 17 December 2025 in New York and Zurich, the collaboration gives Population Health Partners access to dacadoo’s Digital Health Engagement Platform (DHEP) and its science-based Health Score.

Outcome-based healthcare links services to measurable results. The Health Score is a single metric that summarises health status and risk using data from lifestyle and clinical sources.

dacadoo’s white-label platform allows rapid customisation and integration for partners across healthcare and life sciences, supported by behavioural science, AI and gamification tools.

“We are working with dacadoo because they are leaders in their field of health engagement with a scalable digital solution.” said Clive Meanwell, chairman and co-founder of Population Health Partners.

“It is with great pleasure to announce our strategic cooperation with Population Health Partners, one of the most successful investors and company builders in modern pharma,” said Peter Ohnemus, founder and chief executive at dacadoo. “Population Health Partners and dacadoo will jointly take digital health to new levels of engagement and outcome-based healthcare.”
