Influencers join Digital Salutem as board members

Health tech influencers Gil Bashe and Stacy Hurt have joined the board of digital health firm Digital Salutem.

Digital Salutem’s stated is mission is to make healthcare uncomplicated – by helping to change the way healthcare is accessed and delivered.

It implements digital healthcare transformation quickly, “using best in class technologies and services”.

Gil Bashe is one of the most influential voices in digital health. He was appointed managing partner of Finn Partners Health in 2015 after a 12-year tenure at Makovsky & Company as health practice director.

He is a champion for health innovation that sustains life and improves patient care. PharmaVOICE named him “as one of the 100 most inspiring people in healthcare” while PRWeek/MM&Mas identified him as a Top 50 Health Influencer, amongst various other accolades. He has led three top agencies cited by The Holmes Report as “Healthcare PR Agency of the Year” winners.

Recognised as one of the world’s the Top Ten Digital Health Influencers (Simplur), Stacy Hurt aims to raise awareness, accessibility, and inclusion for the patient voice and exemplify a positive, “keep it real” approach when confronting life’s “ultimate “big challenges.

She dedicated 20+ years to healthcare and physician practice management in such areas as sales, marketing, training, operations, customer service, and human resources.

Her personal and professional experience on the care delivery side has been a unique advantage to Stacy as caregiver for her intellectually and developmentally disabled son and as a stage IV colorectal cancer patient/survivor navigating the health system. See her full bio here.
