X-on Health launches Omni Consult to transform Primary Care triage and patient access

X-on Health has announced the official launch of Omni Consult, a major upgrade to its Surgery Connect platform that fundamentally reshapes how patients submit medical requests and how GP practices manage triage workflows.
The new functionality unifies patient submissions across channels into a single, structured stream, helping GP practices accelerate clinical response times while reducing administrative burden.
Omni Consult allows patients to submit requests directly to their practice through multiple modes of access, including a voice agent, web form, and manual entry by staff, with all responses consolidated centrally in Surgery Connect, providing the foundation of truly equitable patient access.
Having a unified workflow in this way gives practice teams a clear, consistent view of incoming demand, enabling more effective prioritisation and faster, safer follow-up care.
Alexander House Surgery in Farnborough, Hampshire, has been working closely with X-on Health to develop Omni Consult over the past two months.
Now embedded in their existing workflow, practice manager Patrick Denston, said: “It exceeds the expectations.”
