Restore Hyper Wellness appoints Dr Richard Joseph as CMO

Proactive wellness services company Restore Hyper Wellness has announced the appointment of Richard Joseph, MD as Chief Medical Officer (CMO).

Dr Joseph will be responsible for clinical guidance of medical modalities and protocols, with the company now surpassing 175 wellness studios across nearly 40 states.

Dr Joseph has extensive experience f healthcare and fitness industries.

The new CMO maintains a clinical practice with a focus on obesity and metabolic health at a Boston-based hospital.

He is also the founder of VIM Medicine –  a clinical model that integrates preventive medical care with health and fitness services.

Dr Joseph a member of Restore’s Medical Advisory Board before joining full-time as its CMO.

Restore CEO and co-founder, Jim Donnelly, said:

“Dr Joseph will provide excellent leadership in developing our diagnostic approach and programs that deliver actionable advice and therapies to our members.”

Dr Joseph completed his internal medicine training at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women’s Hospitalin Boston.

He is also a long-time personal trainer and fitness expert and co-author of The Lifestyle Medicine Handbook: An Introduction to the Power of Healthy Habits.
